Owner & Director
Anabelle received her B.A. from Marquette University and has over 10 years of experience working with students of all ages. Her strengths are in Math, Reading/Writing & Spanish.
Maddie studied Journalism and Latino Media & Communication at DePaul University. She has editorial, administrative and public relations experience and is interested in investigative and community journalism. She is a passionate advocate for social justice and equal access to education.
Tamira attended St. Olaf College as a Posse Scholar and double majored and minored in Psychology, Spanish, Race and Ethnic Studies and Family Studies. She’s a huge advocate for human rights, especially equitable access to education. Recently, she had the opportunity to continue her efforts of helping improve access to education for adults and children in the Dominican Republic.
Emma is attending the University of Illinois in Chicago where she is studying Mechanical Engineering. Her strengths are in Math, Chemistry and Physics.
Laura received her B.A in Biology from Chicago State University. Her strengths are in Science, Algebra, and Spanish. She is very creative and is passionate about art.
Special Education Specialist
Edwin received his M.A in Special Education from UIC. He also received his B.A in Special Education from Concordia University Chicago. He strives to differentiate his instructions and make sure that each diverse learner has the ability to grow and develop into scholars and active contributing members of society.
Kristine is currently 21 years old and studying Psychology and Early Childhood Development at Morton College with plans to transfer to Concordia University. She specializes in K-8th with all subjects and speaks Spanish and English.
Jennifer received a B.A. in Rhetoric and Spanish from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She has over 5 years of experience working with students of all ages. She enjoys helping students with various needs to help them meet their goals. Her strengths are Reading, Writing, Math and Spanish. She is very passionate about creative writing and enjoys playing the guitar and drawing on her time off.
Gaby received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from St. Xavier University and is working on her M.A. in Counseling Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her strengths are Reading, Writing and Spanish.
Noel is an undergraduate student studying business management at The University of Illinois at Chicago. His strengths are in Math, Social Studies, Spanish, Reading and Writing.
